Fleedu gives every school a shareable online registration link that parents can open on their phone, fill out in minutes, and submit directly to your admin dashboard. From there, you review each application, approve or reject it with a single click, and the approved student is added to your school roster instantly — no double entry required.

How the Enrollment Flow Works

Open the Enrollment Section

In your Fleedu dashboard, navigate to Administration → Enrollment. This is where all incoming applications appear and where you manage the registration link.

Copy and Share Your Registration Link

At the top of the Enrollment page, click Copy Registration Link. This link is unique to your school and opens a mobile-friendly form that any parent can complete without needing a Fleedu account.
Paste the registration link directly into a WhatsApp message or broadcast list for instant reach. You can also include it in an email, print it as a QR code on school flyers, or embed it on your school website.

Parent Fills Out the Registration Form

When a parent opens the link, they are guided through a structured form that captures everything you need from day one:

Review Applications in the Pipeline

Every submitted form appears in your Enrollment Pipeline, organized into three status columns:

Pending

Newly submitted applications waiting for your review. New submissions are highlighted so you never miss one.

Approved

Applications you have accepted. The child is automatically added to the school roster upon approval.

Rejected

Applications you have declined. You can record an internal reason for future reference.
Click any application card to open the full submission and review all details the parent entered.

Approve or Reject the Application

Inside an application, you will find two action buttons:
  • Approve — confirms the enrollment. Fleedu immediately creates a student profile on your roster, pre-filled with all the data the parent submitted.
  • Reject — declines the application. Optionally enter a reason (e.g., class is full, age requirement not met). The application moves to the Rejected column and is retained for your records.
You can re-open a rejected application and change its status to Approved at any time if circumstances change, for example if a spot becomes available after another family withdraws.

Student Appears on the School Roster

Once approved, the student profile is immediately visible under Administration → Students. From there, you can assign the child to a class, set up billing, and share access with the child’s teacher — all without re-entering any information.

What Happens to Student Data

Secure Storage

All enrollment data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Fleedu uses industry-standard security practices to protect every form submission.

Your Data, Your School

The data submitted through your registration link belongs to your school. Fleedu does not share, sell, or use it for any purpose outside of operating your account.

Parent Privacy

Parents are not required to create a Fleedu account to submit a registration form. Their information is only visible to authorized staff at your school.

Retention Control

Rejected and withdrawn applications are retained in your dashboard for reference. You can permanently delete a record at any time from the application detail view.

Frequently Asked Questions

The core fields (child name, date of birth, parent contact, emergency contacts, and medical notes) are standard across all Fleedu schools to ensure you always have the essentials. Custom field support is on the Fleedu product roadmap — contact support if you have a specific requirement in the meantime.
No — each child requires a separate registration submission so that individual student profiles are created correctly. However, the parent only needs to fill in their contact details once per child; the process is quick for returning families.
Duplicate submissions appear as separate entries in your Pending queue. You can review both, approve the one you want to keep, and reject the duplicate with a note indicating it is a duplicate entry.
Yes. From Administration → Enrollment, use the Export button to download a CSV file of all applications (filtered by status or date range) for offline use or record-keeping.
Never share your school’s registration link in public social media posts that are visible to anyone. Share it directly with prospective families via WhatsApp, email, or in person to avoid unsolicited submissions from outside your community.
