The Fleedu parent app brings your child’s school day directly to your phone. Once your child is enrolled, the school sends you an invitation and you gain instant access to daily activity updates, attendance records, invoices, and developmental milestones — all in one place, without needing to chase down teachers or wait for the weekly newsletter. Everything is designed around your schedule, so you can check in during your commute, at lunch, or whenever you have a spare moment.

How You Get Access

You don’t need to sign up or create an account on your own. Your child’s school handles the first step.

School Completes Enrollment

After your child’s enrollment is finalized, the school administrator adds your contact details (email address or phone number) to Fleedu and links them to your child’s profile.

You Receive an Invitation

Fleedu automatically sends you an invitation via email or SMS. The message contains a secure link and a one-time access code tied to your account.

Download the Fleedu App

Install the Fleedu parent app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). The app is free to download.

Activate Your Account

Open the app and tap Activate Account. Enter the phone number or email address the school registered for you, then input the one-time code from your invitation message.

Set Your Password

Choose a personal password to secure your account. You’re now fully set up and can start exploring your child’s profile.
If you haven’t received an invitation after your child’s enrollment is confirmed, contact your school administrator to verify that the correct email address or phone number is on file. Invitations can also be resent from the school’s dashboard.

What You Can Do in the App

The parent app is your single window into everything happening at school. Here’s a snapshot of the core features available to you.

Daily Activity Feed

Browse photos, videos, and written notes posted by your child’s teachers throughout the day. Activities appear in reverse chronological order so the most recent updates are always at the top.

Daily Activity Report

View a consolidated summary of your child’s entire day — meals, naps, activities, and mood — compiled by teachers into a single easy-to-read report delivered each evening.

Attendance Record

Check your child’s attendance history at any time. The app shows check-in and check-out times, absences, and any notes left by the school regarding attendance.

Developmental Milestones

Track your child’s progress across developmental areas such as language, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development, all mapped against age-appropriate benchmarks.

Invoices & Payments

Receive billing notifications directly in the app. View outstanding and paid invoices and settle payments securely using a Virtual Account — no need to visit the school or make manual bank transfers.

Teacher Comments

Read notes and observations that teachers leave on activities or in your child’s profile. You can reply directly within the app to keep communication flowing without sharing personal contact details.

Paying Invoices Through the App

When the school issues a new invoice, you’ll receive a push notification and an in-app alert. To pay:
  1. Tap the Billing tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the outstanding invoice you want to pay.
  3. Tap Pay Now to generate a unique Virtual Account number.
  4. Complete the transfer from your bank’s mobile app or ATM using the Virtual Account number before the expiry time shown on screen.
  5. Payment confirmation appears in the app automatically — no need to send a receipt to the school.
Virtual Account numbers are unique to each invoice and expire after a set period. Always use the number generated for the specific invoice you’re paying to ensure the payment is matched correctly.

Privacy and Communication

Fleedu is built with family privacy as a core principle. Teachers’ personal phone numbers and email addresses are never visible to parents inside the app, and your contact details are equally protected from staff. All communication — whether it’s a comment on an activity photo or a question about your child’s progress — happens exclusively through the app’s built-in messaging features.
Your account is linked to one child by default. If you have more than one child enrolled at the same school (or at different schools using Fleedu), all children appear under a single parent account and you can switch between them from the home screen.

Sharing Access with Family

You can invite grandparents, a co-parent, or other close relatives to view your child’s activity feed without giving them full account access. Invited family members can see photos, videos, and milestone updates, but cannot view billing information or message teachers directly. Only the primary parent account holder can send family invitations and manage who has access. If you need to transfer primary account ownership, contact your school administrator.
